TowerBrook follows more-mature firms that have created new senior roles as part of succession planning

TowerBrook Capital Partners, the former buyout unit of George Soros’s family office, has become the latest private-equity firm to make changes in its senior management team.

TowerBrook told investors this week that it promoted managing directors Jonathan Bilzin and Karim Saddi to the newly created co-president role, according to a spokesman for the firm.
